3. Obtaining best pricing for your project from our manufacturers.
4. Selection assistance of your colors and materials palette.
5. Obtaining final approval of selections and price from you, the end user.


ORDER MANAGEMENT
1. Placement of order with manufacturer.
2. Lead times determined by manufacturers' acknowledgements.
3. Delivery and installation schedule planning.
4. Communication of schedule and coordination with you, the end user. (Coordination with other related trades, i.e. g.c., electrician, networking, etc.) 
 


WAREHOUSING & DELIVERY

1. Communication with building management.
2. Preparation of delivery path into the building.
3. Placement of furniture into staging areas.
4. Alternatively, placement of furniture in temporary storage until space is ready for delivery.



INSTALLATION
1. Staging and unpacking of materials
